Please be aware that we will begin sending out notices for weed and lawn maintenance. Remember, the beautification of our community is important and weed and lawn maintenance is a requirement in our community. Our covenants encourage us to keep our yards in a neat and attractive condition (section 7.7).

Please be reminded that the 2026 community assessment are due on January 1^st and have been increased to $550. If you have not paid your assessment, please navigate here or reach out to Sentry Management to make a payment arrangement to avoid late fees and future litigation @ 860.282.7733. Recurring payments for assessments in smaller installments can be setup prior to the annual due date.

Please be aware that the trash and recycling pickup is on Monday’s. The recycling service will now occur on every other week. Please adjust accordingly. **Please remember to not leave large amounts of garbage in front of your home unless you have arranged for special pickup. Violators will receive a possible citation and/or removal fee.

The pool will close on September 30th, 2025. All keycard at that time will be inactive. Your account will not be reactivated in the 2026 pool season unless your account has a ZERO balance. Please keep track of your keycards. New cards WILL NOT be sent out next year to homeowners that have already been issued one. Should you need to request a keycard or reserve the clubhouse, please visit our community website here for additional instructions. 

Reminders: The pool and clubhouse are under 24hr video surveillance. **Please note that jumping the pool fence is trespassing.
